Privacy & cookies
1. Controller
The website projentiq.com and the ProjentIQ brand are operated by AJRONIK s.r.o., Clementisova 1997/11, 955 01 Topoľčany, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO): 55304052, Tax ID (DIČ): 2121943153, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Nitra, section Sro, file no. 59882/N.
For any data protection questions, contact us at [email protected]. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not legally required to.
2. Contact form and email communication
When you contact us via the form or by email, we process the data you provide: your name, company name, email address, and the content of your message.
Purpose: handling your request and preparing a demo and, where relevant, a quote. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: while we handle your request and for no longer than 2 years after our last communication. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for its duration and for the periods required by law (e.g. accounting and tax).
3. Analytics and session recording
We use PostHog to measure traffic and improve the website. It records visited pages, interactions (clicks, scrolling), device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and an anonymous visitor identifier.
This includes session recording (a replay of your visit). A recording may include text typed into the contact form; passwords are never recorded.
PostHog starts when the page loads. If you click “Decline” in the banner, recording stops immediately and your choice is remembered on future visits. You can change your choice at any time using the button below.
Retention: no longer than 12 months. Data is stored in PostHog’s EU data center.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. It runs in Consent Mode: until you click “Accept” in the banner, it stores no cookies in your browser and sends Google only anonymous data with no identifier. Once accepted, it records pages visited, traffic source, device type and a truncated IP address. Advertising features and profiling are switched off.
Retention in Google Analytics: 14 months.
If you click “Accept” in the banner, we also start Microsoft Clarity — a heatmap and session recording tool. Without your consent it is not loaded at all and nothing is sent to Microsoft. Clarity masks typed text by default, so form content does not end up in the recording.
Retention in Microsoft Clarity: up to 13 months.
4. Cookies and browser storage
- ph-consent (localStorage, strictly necessary): remembers your choice in the cookie banner, no expiry.
- nuxt-color-mode (localStorage, strictly necessary): remembers your light or dark mode preference, no expiry.
- projentiq_locale (cookie, strictly necessary): remembers the language you picked in the switcher, so the site does not redirect you elsewhere on your next visit. Valid for 1 year.
- ph_… (cookie and localStorage, analytics, until you decline): PostHog visitor and session identifier, valid for up to 1 year.
- _ga and _ga_XQZ0JDK8PQ (cookie, analytics, only after your consent): Google Analytics visitor and session identifier, valid for 2 years. Not written without consent.
- _clck and _clsk (cookie, analytics, only after your consent): Microsoft Clarity visitor (1 year) and session (1 day) identifier. Not written without consent.
You can clear this storage at any time in your browser settings.
